2013年 東京大学大学院理学系研究科修了。大学院在学中は、JAXAの宇宙科学研究所（ISAS）にて、小惑星や隕石を対象とした太陽系物質科学の研究を行う。 修了後、株式会社野村総合研究所に入社。民間企業や政府機関をクライアントに宇宙ビジネスを中心とした新事業立案支援や政策立案支援、産学連携やクラスター政策をテーマにした市場・政策動向調査等に関するコンサルティング業務に従事。 また初回となるSPACETIDE2015よりイベントの企画・運営に参加。現在もSPACETIDEプロボノメンバーとして活動を行っている。

Shogo Yakame is a consultant of Nomura Research Institute (NRI), a consulting firm based in Tokyo. Shogo has a M.S. from the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo (2013). During his Master’s Degree, he studied planetary science and conducted research on solar system material like asteroids and meteorites at Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), JAXA. He is in charge of consulting and research for new business development and policy making in space industry with Japanese private sector companies and government. He is also a pro bono member of SPACETIDE Foundation.

産業発展の上で、新しい産業領域を探している人や、宇宙に関心ある人に「ビジネスとしての宇宙」の魅力を広く発信していくことは非常に重要な取組みです。日本には、SPACETIDE以外にも様々な活動を展開している、メディアやコミュニティがあります。共に産業振興に従事する、各団体の熱い想いを伺っていきます。
For the benefit of industrial development, it is critical to widely promote the notion of "space as a business" to those who are interested in new industrial areas, as well as to those who are interested in space. In Japan, there are several media organizations and communities that are active in promoting development of industries other than SPACETIDE. We will discuss the aims and ambitions of such organizations and understand how we are all encouraging macro-progression of industry together
