1985年早稲田大学商学部卒。三菱電機にて光通信用電子機器、防衛システム、宇宙システム等の営業、企画に従事。2004年、準天頂衛星システム事業の立上げに参画、以来、高精度測位システムの整備、利用普及に向けての活動を推進。SIP「自動走行システム」に参画し2017年、高精度3次元地図基盤整備に向けたダイナミックマップ基盤株式会社(DMP)創設に貢献。

Graduated from bachelor's degree of Waseda University in 1985, joined Mitsubishi Electric Corp. and held successive posts as a marketing and sales manager of defense and space related systems. Joined to various activities for establishing Quasi-zenith Satellites System(QZSS) from 2004 . Contributed to building high precision positioning systems and its applications, and establishing Dynamic Map Platform Corp.(DMP) for Japanese high precision common 3D maps as a result of Japanese SIP (Autonomous driving system) activities in 2017.

日本の宇宙業界が加速しています。21年度政府予算案は過去最高の4500億円となり、スタートアップ企業数も50社に到達、また学術界と産業界の連携も始まりました。宇宙産業が発展・拡大し、将来的な日本の成長戦略の柱となっていくために、産学官はどのように連携すべきか？各界のリーダーとともに議論をしていきます。
The Japanese space industry is accelerating with the government budget for FY 2021 reaching a record high of 450 billion yen and the number of start-up companies reaching 50. The collaboration between academia and industry has begun. How should industry, academia and government collaborate in order for the space industry to develop and expand, eventually becoming a pillar of Japan's future growth strategy? We will be discussing this topic with leaders in spanning various fields.
